The Parent and Community Advisory Board (PCAB) was created by Maryland law in 1997 to ensure that parents have a say in the Baltimore City Schools.
PCAB serves to advise the CEO of Baltimore City Public Schools and the Baltimore City Board of School Commissioners about how parents, families, the community, and educators can collaborate to help our youth succeed.
