both the Baltimore City Schools’ district-level budget and individual school budgets.

PCAB's Budget Committee meets monthly, typically every first Wednesday of the month.

Priority Engagement Session

Fall through mid-January 

A chance to share what matters most to you at school! Let your principal know what you’d like to see at your school next year.

Community Budget Forum

Mid-February through mid-March

Your principal will share a draft of the school budget and explain how your feedback was included. Listen closely to see how your priorities were considered, and share your thoughts—there’s still time to make changes!

Community Budget Review

Late February through late March 

Your principal will share the final budget submitted to the district, including any last changes based on district guidance. While not all priorities may be included, this is a chance to collaborate on other ways to support your school’s needs.
