Policy Review: There are two policy reviews on the agenda - see below for the materials.
Policies Regarding Discrimination (including bullying and harassment)
Josh Civin has requested feedback by Feb. 16th on revisions to district non-discrimination policies (including bullying/harassment) for students, staff, and others
Board Policy JBA (Nondiscrimination – Students),
Board Policy JBB (Sex-Discrimination – Students),
Board Policy JICK (Bullying, Harassment, or Intimidation of Students),
Board Policy ACA (Nondiscrimination – Employees and Third Parties),
Board Policy ACB (Sex-Based Discrimination – Employees and Third Parties)

Policies on Records Retention and Maintenance / Release of Student Records
Holly Bedwell Benson has requested feedback by Mar. 7th on revisions to the below two policies, which are focused on the streamlining of records management in City Schools, the creation of a central records repository, and the digitization of student records.
Board Policy JRA (Maintenance and Release of Student Records),
Board Policy EHB (Data Records/Retention Program), and
All the accompanying administrative regulations
